For most equipment, MOQ is one 20-foot container (CBM-optimized). For consumables like 3D printing filament or small tools, we accept mixed container orders starting from 5 CBM. Contact us for specific product MOQ.
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. For qualified buyers with credit history, we also accept L/C at sight and OA 30/60 days. All settlements can be made in USD, EUR, AED, BRL, ZAR, RUB, or CNY.
Yes. We provide FOB, CIF, and DDP pricing to most major ports. Our logistics team coordinates container loading, export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE/ISO certificates), and works with your nominated freight forwarder or ours.
Every order passes through three quality gates: (1) factory audit & pre-production sample approval, (2) in-line production inspection, (3) pre-shipment random inspection (AQL 2.5 standard). Inspection reports with photos and videos are shared with the buyer before container loading.
For consumables and small parts, sample orders are welcome (sample cost + shipping). For large equipment like excavators or solar arrays, we typically arrange factory visits or detailed video walkthroughs. Contact us to discuss your specific case.
All equipment ships with a 12–24 month manufacturer warranty. We maintain a spare parts depot in Shanghai and Rotterdam for fast replacement. For engineering and agricultural equipment, we also offer on-site commissioning and operator training packages on request.
